Your personal information collected from mailing list signup forms and email contact forms is never shared, sold or rented to anyone.
Your personal information is only shared between internal systems, like WordPress, JetPack, and PayPal—all of whom have security safeguards in place.
Some data (IP, location, referrer, etc) is collected via Google Analytics and JetPack but not shared, rented or sold to anyone else.
If you want the data that’s been collected from our stores, contact nautabanduk@gmail.com and we will provide you with it.
If you want to opt out of any communication, click “Unsubscribe” located in every email we send.
GDPR SPECIFICS
Your data is protected using industry standard tools and software. It’s never shared, sold or given away, except to connect internal software accounts to other internally used software accounts (i.e. JetPack to WordPress).

The data is stored as long as our website and WordPress account is live.
The data is stored by WordPress.com and on their server.
The type of data stored is: name, email, IP, and personalization details you’ve filled in via forms on our website (i.e. your name, email address, venue specifications).
If there is a data breach, you will be notified within 72 hours—but only if you didn’t opt out of receiving communications from us. (Otherwise, we’d have no way to reach you.)

When you sign up to our mailing list or contact us via the inbuilt contact form, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our upcoming public performances, music releases, and offers.
Email correspondence: I send email newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time with one click from the bottom of any email we send.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to contact us regarding a hire inquiry, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason, and are open to further communication from us, unless you request otherwise.
